on mystery shopping, focus groups and surveys.
Our
history
Originated
in 1981 as a Dallas-based company, JK Services offered information retrieval
services to a variety of clients, many of whom were in advertising,
legal and real estate professions. In 1994, JK Services, Inc., was formed
as a Virginia corporation specializing in primary and secondary research
and database information retrieval. The company soon expanded into market
research and in 1998 changed its corporate name and logo to JKS Inc.
Today,
JKS Inc. concentrates solely on consumer market research and serves
clients throughout the United States and Canada. We partner with the
Austin Creative Group, a full-service creative team providing services
in marketing, event planning, public relations and web development.
JKS Inc.
values its role not only in the business world, but in the communities
where we do business. We are active in supporting programs for the arts
and children's health care.

Jayne
Keedy
founded
JK Services in 1981. Prior to her marketing and management roles
at JKS Inc, she held private sector positions in advertising
and publishing as a media buyer, copywriter, manager and writer
for magazines and local newspapers (including a stint as a restaurant
reviewer!). Jayne also has been a fundraiser for the arts in
paid positions for dance companies and in volunteer positions
for the 500 Inc.
Jayne
has nurtured JKS Inc. from its beginning as a small local firm
in Dallas through its evolution to a national company with offices
in the Washington, DC area and Austin, Texas. She attended SFA
and SMU, majoring in Fine Arts, Psychology and Economics. She
believes in being accessible to staff and clients, so feel free

David
Thomas brings to JKS Inc. skills honed in both the private
and public sectors. He graduated from the School of Foreign
Service at Georgetown University, Washington, D.C. and has held
positions in sales, publishing, contract management, and personnel.
In the Capital area, David has worked for several government
agencies and has managed multi-million dollar procurement contracts,
and contracts for the development and manufacture of computer
products. His personnel management ability earned him awards
for innovative program development and cost reduction. Dave
served worldwide in the U.S. Air Force, including in Viet Nam.
In
his role as Vice President, David oversees Human Resources and
recruiting, assists the President in marketing JKS services
to potential clients, and is her right hand in project management.

Rebecca
D'Amico's experience
in retail, event planning and project management have given
her a solid foundation in evaluating customer service. In addition
to founding an errand and shopping service, she worked as an
event planner and in program administration. D'Amico is responsible
for managing the Southwest Region of JKS. Additionally, she
reviews projects for innovative ideas in evaluating services
and products from both the client and customer viewpoint.

Rob
D'Amico
has more than 15 years experience in professional writing, editing
and public relations work for newspapers, magazines, businesses,
and non-profits. He has worked toward a masters degree in film
and has extensive experience in graphic design, desktop publishing
and web site development. He also is president of the Transportation
Management Group, which provides program support and project
management for companies initiating commuter related transportation
programs. He is responsible for all communications, marketing
and web development.
